Natural Pros... who is the most ripped/conditioned athlete?
You know... since Derek and Layne are both competiting as naturals, perhaps they have more insight or information about who owns this title. On another plus side, it can give me something to shoot for as well(comp time at least). The older(more mature/experienced) bb-ers almost ALWAYS say their conditioning is way off on their first outing. Now, i don't want that happening to me cos' i'm wlling to do my homework!

I think that Skip is usually referred to as Drug Free. I personally don't know what the difference between drug free and natural is, but I guess it has to do with different promotions.Originally Posted by BB/MISC

well I disagree with you on losing mass. Well I do lose fat mass, but I've never lost that much muscle... if any. Look at my stage pics & my offseason pics. Fat takes up mass... so yea I guess I do lose mass LOLOriginally Posted by Bodysteele
