Yes if it continues. Green stool likely means your intestinal transit time was too quick for some reason and the green is most likely due to unreacted bile. If it continues please seek medical help.

Is it watery or solid? Loose green stool is often salmonella

There was nothing wrong with anything that Alaska had said, or any other poster for that matter. It could be something simple like a new supplement, or it may be something that may require medical attention. Either way he is not an alarmist for birng those facts to light.

Hopefully it clears up in a few days.

Most cases of unusual coloured stool/urine are usually just a matter of consumption, however if it is consitant (as in ever time you **** for a couple of weeks) see a doctor. If it is only there sometimes there is a very good chance it is just your diet.

I had this "problem" for a little bit until I googled it and found out it was simply food coloring causing the problem. Apparently digesting too much of the color purple turns your poop green, at the time I was drinking a lot of grape soda, I stopped and so did the green poop. In the process I also found out that supposedly popcorn does this also.

It was twice, over the course of 2 days. Then it stopped, i'm trying to think of what I ate that could have caused it.

Different colored poop is nothing to worry about. Eat a few beets and your poop will turn red/purple. The only thing you ever need to worry about is if you see blood in your poop. That could be a sign of colon cancer or several other things.

I love superpump250. I Have tried all the flavors except grape, so, i purchased it. The same time, getting GNC's pro preformace 4400 amino acid complex(hich also has soy peptides and 200mg of caffiene); also in addition to that, i started cell-mass(arctic blast) at the same time.My poo cycles have not changed, but the color has. Frakin' greeen!!!

I just started taking fish oil and my poop is also green... I read it may be something to do with the bile not breaking down? I'd say just monitor it and if it last longer than a week or so just go chat to a doctor.

I have the same issue. ive just started back training and started using MP Assault pre workout and USN musle fuel annabolic. One of these , or both, is giving me a dodgy stomach and loose green stool. should i just stop using them?

is nothing to worried it can happen when you eat alot of green vegetables.or cause by iron supplements like protein powder

Its happening to me as well after I started taking Blueberry Razz BCAA. I think the coloring in the BCAA (Aqua Blue) is the cause of this in my case since it started the following day I started taking the supplement.
