    Almost all protein from eggs?

    I usually only ate eggs 1 or 2 times a day. i would through chicken breasts, tuna and lean red meat in there also. But eggs are 39 cents a dozen right now. I have been having 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg about 5 times a day. Usually with whole wheat bread or a piece of fruit and a low carb whole wheat tortilla.

    Is there anything wrong with this?

    The major problem would be if that really is "almost all" your protein. You need to be eating alot more in general, and more protein in particular.

    Wake 8:00: shake with oats (25 grams protein)
    10:00: 5 egg whites 1 whole egg 2 slices whole wheat bread (42 g protein)
    12:30: 5 egg whites 1 whole egg 1/2 cup oats (39 grams protein)
    3:30: 5 egg whites 1 whole egg 1/2 cup oats (39 grams protein)
    5:00: workout
    6:00: protein shake with oats(39.5 grams protein)
    7:00: 5 egg whites 1 whole egg whole wheat tortilla 2 slices whole wheat bread (53 grams protein)
    10:00: 1 cup cottage cheese tablespoon peanut butter (30.5 grams protein)

    25+42+39+39+39.5+53+30.5 = 238 grams of protein. I have 196 lb's trying to cut down to 160-165 I am definetly getting enough protein if not to much?

    Hopefully this weekend Ill get on the grill and get a bag of chicken breasts done along with some lean hambergers. Main reason for doing this is time. But it is also so cheap. I was just ciriouse if there was anything wrong with it.

    ^^^ Yeppers. Different protein sources have different digestion rates and spread of amino acids. Get a variety. Variety is always good.

    You'll probably get sick of eggs eventually and then not want to touch them for a long long while. It's okay to eat eggs alot, but five meals a day may be a little too much. You can get other foods for a cheap price too, oats are cheap, most meats, pasta, actually a lot of bodybuilding food is very reasonably priced.
    I would cut the eggs down if I were you, you'll most likely find the new variety of foods enlightening.
