I usually only ate eggs 1 or 2 times a day. i would through chicken breasts, tuna and lean red meat in there also. But eggs are 39 cents a dozen right now. I have been having 5 egg whites and 1 whole egg about 5 times a day. Usually with whole wheat bread or a piece of fruit and a low carb whole wheat tortilla.
Is there anything wrong with this?

25+42+39+39+39.5+53+30.5 = 238 grams of protein. I have 196 lb's trying to cut down to 160-165 I am definetly getting enough protein if not to much?
Hopefully this weekend Ill get on the grill and get a bag of chicken breasts done along with some lean hambergers. Main reason for doing this is time. But it is also so cheap. I was just ciriouse if there was anything wrong with it.Last edited by ck85abc; 10-21-2004 at 03:02 PM.

You'll probably get sick of eggs eventually and then not want to touch them for a long long while. It's okay to eat eggs alot, but five meals a day may be a little too much. You can get other foods for a cheap price too, oats are cheap, most meats, pasta, actually a lot of bodybuilding food is very reasonably priced.
I would cut the eggs down if I were you, you'll most likely find the new variety of foods enlightening.
