Over summer i stoped lifting due to family reasons and not being able to get to a gym. Well school started back up and i started lifting again. Every week i go up in weight and im wondering if that is actually healthy. For instance bench i went from 6x185 to 6x195 to 4x205 (beginning to the this past workout). My question is it okay for the body to keep on increasineg wieght like this every week? or should i for one workout jus do like 3x6x185 or on squats do 3x8x275? I do a pyramid type of training where i go up in weight and when i get to a higher weight i go to failure. heres my last workout

instead of doign something liek that should i jus try for 3x185x6 or 195x6? Same with my squat and deadlift every week i try to up the weight and beat last week. so tell me what you think!
