Hi,
I am relatively new to fitness and had some questions. I have been taking Xenadrine for a month now and saw some great results. But it has been brought to my attention that Xenadrine contains Mahuang. I know mahuang had some bad publicity in the past and was wondering if Xenadrine had some negative results. I have also heard that some tea in Europe that contained mahuang was taken off of shelves because of this. So should I stop using it or is Xenadrine safe?

**** the critics...as long as u have no known health problems Ephedra is safe...there's even a HARVARD study that shows that its safe and effective...ephedrafacts.com ...check it out

Xenadrine and the effects of ma huang
I also lost a lot of weight with the orgiginal Xenadrine. I'm currently taking the ephedrine-free Xenadrine, and it's still helping me shed the fat. I would recommend switching to the ephedrine-free formula; you'll still get the great results, but without the possible side effects.
I am currently stacking this with Z-Mass PM and creatine, and I'm getting bigger every day- Good luck!!

As long as you are careful to asess your tolerance, you'll be ok. Taking to many in one day will cause you to have serious health risks, and it is addictive.
