    Whats the difference between Magnesium Citrate and Magnesium Oxide?

    Mag Citrate (and aspartate) is far more bioavailable (meaning you absorb more) than Mg Oxide. FYI, citrate and oxide simply refer to what the magnesium is bound to, which greatly affects its absorption.

    I actually just purchased this because of reading one of your posts in nutrition section about magnesium.

    I am 6'5 260lbs, I train very hard and am on a very restricted diet. I also drink 3 gallons, sometimes more daily. How much magnesium should i supplement with?

    Should i also add any other minerals or vitamins in higher amounts?
