Im cuttiing right now and I want to throw in some creatine. Mono worked great but held too much water. Any other options . Thanks in advance

Well easy answer...mono keeps lots of water for sure..
I think for cutting the best is dymatize xpand cause is pre and post workout and feels you up. The energised one is good as it contains caffeine but if you take it after your workout at night then ull have sleep probles. It does not keep any water at all and gives many nerves out.
