My gym just got a vertical leg press. How does it compare to a standard leg press? Any drawbacks -- knee issues or anything?

I have heard on a vertical leg press the blood pressure can build up in your head due to the center of gravity (your pushing something up but all the pressure is applied to lower point on your body which is your head/neck/back) and it can lead to a popped blood vessel.
I only heard this not sure how accurate it is (even if it seems to make sense)

My gym has an awesome vertical leg press (manual plate stacking) and yeah you get headrushes after using it but damn your quads feel it, even your hams a little.
Just lift the weight, eat the food and sleep the sleep.
If you are doing these three things correctly and still not gaining, THEN complain.
Never underestimate the power of a few extra hours of sleep, I found that to be the culprit lagging me.
p.s. make sure you are eating and lifting correctly :D
bigcalves is still a douche, thankyou friendly people for undouchin what he douched up.
