    Bouldering

    Anyone do this? I did it today and man, what a workout. My forearms and hands were just worked solid. Really fun though, and great upper body workout. Some of the forearms of the people in there were just huge in proportion to the rest of their arms. Rock solid stuff (no pun intended).

    PB today was the "Campus", about 6-7 handles spaced ~2ft apart vertically and you couldn't use your feet... got it on the 3rd try

    basically a form of rock climbing, the last time i boulder, it was in this large room with walls about 12 feet high with parts at diff angles and you basically make ur way around the room, theirs pads on the floor incase u fall

    Zactly. This one was at max about 15 feet high, with tunnels and whatnot to climb through. My forearms still don't work right

    Bouldering is rock clibing without a harness. As such it usually takes place on boulders, big rocks without much height on it. When you get good, you scale the part of the rock that hangs almost paralell to the ground. Yeah, it's real tough.
