Anyone do this? I did it today and man, what a workout. My forearms and hands were just worked solid. Really fun though, and great upper body workout. Some of the forearms of the people in there were just huge in proportion to the rest of their arms. Rock solid stuff (no pun intended).
PB today was the "Campus", about 6-7 handles spaced ~2ft apart vertically and you couldn't use your feet... got it on the 3rd try
