Saw Frank Mcgrath today???
Alright so im from Brampton Ontario Canada and I work out at LA Fitness here. Today in the gym i swear i saw Frank Mcgrath. If not the guy looked just like him and was wearing a Animal baseball cap. Anyone know if he is in this area right now? I really thought it was him and hes from Canada right?

yup hes from canada, and if the guy was wearing an animal hat and ****ing huge it was probably him

Ya his Forearms were bigger thn my quads. And his g.f was there and she looks exactly like the girl in his pics on the animal website. I should of said something to him but i had no idea what to say without sounding stupid lol. Like "Hey frank your looking huge" like he doesnt already know that already hahaha. I feel like an idiot for not saying anything now.

You train here in Ontario. Your location says california..... Make a move? Anyway ya I was kind of in a state of awe when i realized it was him. And ya his girlfriend is pretty hot indeed.
