this diet has enought protein?
Each day
100g boiled chicken breast
100g lean beef
100 prok
2 2eggs
1 can of tuna
3 scoop of protein( 30g protien each scoop)
+ other food i eat outside
I weight 180 pound
you have to eat 2.2 grs of protein per kilogramme of bodyweight. Actually i weight 68 kg (150 lbs...yes i know...) and i eat at least 2.2x68kgs = 150grs of protein per day. Some day i even eat 170 grs of protein.
