Out of country Nutrition

I'll be in Turkey for 2 weeks. I wont be able to have 5-6 good meals a day. What do you think I should take over there to keep my gains intact? I'm thinking BCAA+Glut+ a couple Syntha 6 packets...

haha well a couple packets of syntha 6 will last you, well, a couple days at max,


Just eat in luxury, tons of meat, potatos, greens, and the sparing dessert.

I would just bring a 2lb jug of some type of protein powder to fill in the gaps, glutamine is worthless, BCAA's could come in handy but if you jsut eat your ass off and treat yourself they wont be necessary.
