Hey yall just wondering, is chili a pretty good meal, if you're bulking? Had it yesterday, it was sooooo good, because it was sooooo cold out. If you think about it, it's got quite a bit of meat, plus beans. I love chili, and it's got like 2-4 different types of beans in it.
i would say chili is a good bulk meal, basically anything can be a good bulk meal if taken in moderation. this is my opinion atleast. sometimes i semi-cheat by eating my mom's home cooking (which isnt really unhealthy), cuz suprisingly u miss stuff like taht after u eat the same things everyday, as long as i get protein in the meal and its not freakishly high in fat, ill eat it with no regrets
if your quads are smaller than your arms... you're doing it wrong
