Yeah man that Creothermopump did some amazing stuff, can you believe that 6 weeks before the olympia ronnie weighs in at 150, after a 6 week cycle of creothermopump, he came into the olympia at 287 pounds! With that in mind muscle tech products are 16.789357x better at producing muscle mass than not eating at all.
"I went Hard, I went Heavy and I didn't stop" - Ronnie Coleman on how he gained 40 lbs lbm in one year.

Well all I know is that muscletech is on the cutting edge of sports supplements. Their top secret underground laboratories are somewhere in an undisclosed location.

No one...and I repeat, NO ONE has seen the secret muscletech laboratories...

If they respond it will probably be along the lines of...

Judges don't care how much a bodybuilder lifts, they care about how much he LOOKS like he can lift.

That is probably why they wont answer.

What in the world happened to this thread? Oh well, I bet Ron Colemans best lifts are:

Bench - 600 touch and go

Squat - 900 with suit and wraps

    Deadlift - 850

That would just be his start.

Can any pros here beat that?

no way. ronnie pulled 805 for 2, sure. but he hitched the weight up and used wraps. his max deadlift is around 800 meet style. which is still a ****load.

he squatted 855 for 2 reps, so his max, assuming he goes parallel (i never saw redemtion), is around 870-885. ronnie is a beast.

I haven't watched the Coleman deadlift for a while so I couldn't remember how good it was. I think with some work he could get a lot bigger numbers though. I'd say he has the potential to be in the top 10.

Have any of you ever heard of Ed Coan?

He's 240+ and would outlift Ronnie anyday of the week if they were both at 100%

I agree with Natural Science. Any pro powerlifter should be able to outlift a bodybuilder. I thought Ed Coan might've been one of those bodybuilders with absolutely freakish genetics who lifts 5x a day

Ya I mean his best bench is only 585. WHAT A PUSSY! Ed Coan was one of the best powerlifters ever. The bench really isn't that important of a lift when your doing the 3 lift anyways. You will be a stronger man if you can squat and deadlift more than someone else that can only bench more than you. As it is right now Coan has lifted more than Ron Coleman in all three lifts. I'm sure if Coleman trained for it then he could perhaps out lift him but for now he hasn't.

I'm sure if Coleman trained for it then he could perhaps out lift him but for now he hasn't.

youre right, coleman has the genetics to be an elite powerlifter. but ed coan doesnt have the genetics to even compete as an amatuer bodybuilder.

    Absolutely.

And ronnie didnt 'hitch' his 805 dead in the unbelieveable, and bear in mind that it is some years since that vid, and last year he lifted heavier than he ever had before, as seen in redemption (which incidently is the greatest bb vid of all time) The unbelieveable was shot during pre-contest conditioning. Therefore, now, offseason, he could pull 850, no problems.

That would just be his start.

Can any pros here beat that?

    Ok Val,
I compaired Ronnie to a Pro Powerlifter, who btw is a legend in his own time. I compaired them because you are claiming that he is unreal and no other pro can outlift him. Now what about say....Johnny O Jackson? I believe that he actually is challenging Ronnie to a three lift comp. What about Dennis James? What about Kevin Levrone?

Now I think you also argued that I couldn't compair Ronnie and Ed Coan because of their professional realm, but, Did you know that Ronnie Coleman was a powerlifter before bodybuilding? He also train very much like a powerlifter. So I still say that Ed Coan can outlift Ronnie. Hell all the weights you listed here were beat by Eddie when he only weighed 220!

Markus Ruhl and Nasser would most likely be up there with the strongest (550lb+ barbell rows and 100lb lateral raises etc.)
    Tired

Do you know if Nasser can still use that weight? I bet he could back when he was giving Dorian Yates a run for his money, but today?

Yeah, no Kidding. His shoulder would probably pop out of place like a lego set.
