There is no wonder supp that will give you enormous mass and strength.
I quess youre to young pro hormones. You don't need em btw
All you need to do is buy lots of foooooood.
High protien food like fish meat eggs milk etc.
Just keep things simple work hard and the results will come

Great thanks for the adivce so far. I am getting a 6.3 CT frigde for my room also i will have alot of steaks and other food in there to help me reach my goal i will have a good diet and a few supplements hows that sound any other adivce that could help me out i mean i have no trouble lifting weights bc i go in on mon wed and fri with the football time and lift so.... help me out thanks for everything so far!

First of all; Cell- Tech sucks ass, unless you want to add fat to your diet.
Second of all Just eat right and work real hard.
I am the exact same as you in weight and height. I am 5'9 and 135 lbs. But I have worked real hard. I Bench Press 210 lbs, curl 140, and squat 435. You do not have to weigh alot to look good.
Unless you just want to blow up like a ballon and be ****ing huge.
