My Bday is coming up What supplements should i get?

As you know my birthday is on monday june 3rd and i am interested in getting supplements to boost me strength and mass. I play Fb and i want to get big.
I'm....
Weight: 137lbs
Height: 5'9

Looking for the right supplements to get me to my goal: Bigger, stronger, and still fast

I'd be asking for a squat rack and a case of New York steaks!! Supps are much good if you have no foundation... my worthless preach for the day

There is no wonder supp that will give you enormous mass and strength.

I quess youre to young pro hormones. You don't need em btw
All you need to do is buy lots of foooooood.

High protien food like fish meat eggs milk etc.

Just keep things simple work hard and the results will come

bump on what everyone said. supplements don't work unless you have the proper diet. i learned that the hard way.

Since your only 15, and at 5'9" and 137 lbs, I'd say... BUY YOURSELF SOME FOOD.

Don't follow that advice (although my bank account wishes you would).

If you were to buy one supplement go with a good weightgainer. If you like chocolate the Heavy Weight Gainer 900 from champion is awesome. If you have a local store that orders from Europa inquire about the 28lb version they have.

One year my sister got me a gift certificate to a local grocery store. I thought that was just the most stupid thing at the time.

Great thanks for the adivce so far. I am getting a 6.3 CT frigde for my room also i will have alot of steaks and other food in there to help me reach my goal i will have a good diet and a few supplements hows that sound any other adivce that could help me out i mean i have no trouble lifting weights bc i go in on mon wed and fri with the football time and lift so.... help me out thanks for everything so far!

First of all; Cell- Tech sucks ass, unless you want to add fat to your diet.
Second of all Just eat right and work real hard.

I am the exact same as you in weight and height. I am 5'9 and 135 lbs. But I have worked real hard. I Bench Press 210 lbs, curl 140, and squat 435. You do not have to weigh alot to look good.
Unless you just want to blow up like a ballon and be ****ing huge.

You gotta be kiddin me... Squat 435?? I'm not sayin it's impossible, but 5'9, 135??... I mean I've been lifting for about a year and I'm 6'2, 175 and I can't get anywhere near 435 =/
