I am 5'2 138lbs! I have about 26% body fat. ugggh! Anyway, I carry alot of weight all around my mid section (stomach,butt,) and my thighs are bulky but VERY much consumed with "chicken"fat and skin between my upper thighs. Plus, by upper tricep area waves at people. I have the same problem with hanging skin/fat!
My question is....how much cardio, how often? How often should I weight train also???
