I've read so many contridicting articles and threads, I'm looking for people that have achieved results by cutting or boosting cals.
I'm 6' 240lbs 20% bf, I weight train 3 times a week, and do HIIT 3 times a week, I also do moderate cardio on my training days, in the early AM and train at about 7pm at night.
Right now I am at about 2000 cals, at pretty much 40/40/20 but more like 45/40/15.
Should I stay at 2000 cals? reduce them? or increase?
Any articles that would help me? Thanks fro any help.
