it dosent increase HGH significantly, so i dont think it will make you taller or help you grow.

I am going to try taking L-arginine by itself first, then ill move to arginine + orthinine, then ill take arginine pyroglutimate

Last time i checked what makes u grow is FOOD. food helps the best
eat more food, 4 possibilities.
1. You grow fat.
2. You grow tall
3. You grow fat and tall.
and of course their is thr 4th.
4.You don't get fat or taller, you grow more muscles.
None of these growth factors are possible without FOOD.
The dutch average height increased over 3 inches since WWII, why? because they eat better than before.

if u wanna stunt ur HGH (human growth hormon) go for glutamine .. its scientifically proven that 400% hgh increased by 2g of glutamine>! it makes u grow taller n build ur lean mass. ARGININE AND ORNITHINE those r da two main vitamins to get taller faster.! trust me............... u gotta workout if u get glutamine tho!> hav fun..

I could not find any clinical or even anecdotal evidence that arginine or NO boosters would help. Now, AIs have been shown to increase height but you have to run them for at least a year and who knows what unintended consequences it could have.
Yes, there is indeed a deeper component to it all.
