Also about to start a 3 month JW myself, planning on taking Novedex XT during week 8-12 of JW and then week 12-16 without JW
Note that if JW does actually cause some bad sides, any legally available estrogen support isnt going to help you too much, might need something like novladex / clomidLast edited by bigreezey; 07-02-2007 at 12:12 AM.

seems as though nobody is taking the JW controversy seriously and still dismissing the fact that pct is required....Team HALEO

Naw, i see nothing wrong with your suggestions...only, it seems as though people still don't see a need for a pct with JW. I havn't taken JW and i've never needed a PCT which is why ive included the thread link in my post so that you can read it for yourself. I'm not a big fan of Jw to being with since you don't know the "secret ingredient" which makes it tough to solve a problem when you don't know what caused it.

If you feel like being extra cautious, I would certainly recommend getting something along the lines of nolvadex or clomid.
Is it 100% necessary? It is too difficult to say. Many people have reported gyno as a side and many haven't.
My advice:
Have it (nolva/clomid) on hand and pay close attention to your body. If you don't notice anything peculiar, don't use it. If you do notice something out of the ordinary, use it.Many are the plans in a man's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails.

If you have predisposition to gyno via pubescent gyno or gyno related conditions from previous AAS or PH related cycles, then yes I would suggest having a SERM on hand when running JW. Actually, my first recommendation if you have these conditions is not to run it at all, as some people have stated that JW flared up their gyno related conditions.
Cut Goals/Actuals Phase 1:
1/1: 255 / 255 | 1/8: 252.5 / 251.5 | 2/5: 243.5 / 240.0 | 3/4: 236.5 / 235.5 | 4/1: 231 / 233 | 5/6: 225 / 229|
