Looking really built! I'm afraid I don't look half that good from the front.
How much do you curl? Your biceps look pretty strong.

Thanks Breathingmurder! I do curls with 110 pounds on the ezbar (2 45's and 2 10's) about 5 reps. Then just the 2 45's for 10 reps... I do this non stop for about an hour to hour 1/2.

HOWEVER, i'm starting to think since biceps arnt really all thaaaaat helpful for powerlifting, i'm sorta thinking of doing nothing but a bodybuilding routine on arms form now on with much lighter weight and ALOT more reps per set... any advice (I really want to see my bicepts swell up!)

I'm thinking about entering into some bench press competitions myself. I'm 18 years old and about 147-150 lbs. On march 23 I put up 230 x 5, 235 x 3, 245 x 2 & 250 x 1 on flat bench Today I put up 235 x 4, 245 x 2 on flat and then did 185 x 5, 195 x 4 and 205 x 2 on the incline. I'm guessing my max is around 270/275. Is that a good weight for 18-19 148 lb division?

Have any pictures of yourself or of you lifting disbeast? Want to see what someone weighing only 165 at only age 17 looks like, putting up close to 400lbs!!... I'd imagine a monster, but i'm not finding any pictures of you posting anywhere on this site...

Do it brother! If you nail that lift, I personally think your one of the strongest pound-per-pound people i've met on this forum! (and if you back it up with a photo or VIDEO)
