I don't know where to start I feel so depress, I really want to take this weight off.I'm 287,I've been fat all my life and I feel now that is the right time change,I want to feel better.So I need help what should I be eating.

I don't agree with that...
I did 35lbs in 10 weeks, and that was after having lost about 35lbs already. I lost it in a safe manner and I have no issues with loose skin...

I'd target no more than 1.5lbs. wk as 35 lbs. is alot of weight to drop in half the # of weeks vs. the total weight. Initial weight loss will be larger in the 1st 1-2 weeks which is primarily water then it should level off once your in the cycle. Bakance diet- protien, carbs, fat ratio, 1-2 gallons H2O daily, cardio & rest. Get off all of the simple-refined sugars. Stick with complex carbs & good sources of fat; not saturated.
