These ISS bars are *gag* bad!

I've praised ISS in the past on two products of theirs, Complete Pro Power and Whey Matrix, which I use regularly.

However, I recently purchased some Pro42 Bars...and friends, Romans, countrymen, I come not to praise but to bury!

These things are terrible!

I purchased three flavors: chocolate, peanut butter, lemon (they have more colorful names like "Lemon Delight" and etc., but that's the flavors anyway.)

None of them are good tasting. The lemon and chocolate in particular I had to seriously work at suppressing my gag reflex to finish off. Don't get me wrong...I don't expect such bars to taste just like candy; I've used many in the past...but these things take the prize in my book -- worst tasting bars, period.

I was surprised at how good Meso Tech bars were. They're not the healthiest of protein bars, but they taste good. Stay away from those Nitro Tech bars, though, they taste like crap in a wrapper.

just wanted to let everyone know and reiterate, these bars taste awful. the cookies and cream are best by comparison, but believe me... only by comparison to other Pro42 bars. i used to eat anything nutritious, but honestly, these have become the exception to the rule. awful. honestly.

if your bulking then you cant go wrong with the ISS research OH yeah bars. They are high in fat, but like I said if your are bulking they shouldnt hurt you at all. They tastes amazing, just like a candy bar. So the next time you hungry, grab an Oh Yeah! bar instead.
