how often should I drink protien powder?
I have been wanting to find some sort of supplement for a while, but where I live that is sort of difficult. I will hopefully talk to my uncle and ask him to send me some soon.
In the mean time, I found some Ensure protien powder at a local store, which isn't the best, but I figured for working out and gaining some muscle it would be better than nothing. So, my quesiton is, how often should I drink a glass of this protien powder? There are no specific directions on the can. I was thinking I could drink some in the morning, after a workout (on the days that I work out) and before bed. Do you think that is a decent amount, or too much?

well it depends on what kind of protein is in it. If it's whey take it in the moring and after ur workout or if it's casein take it before bed and other times of the day.
