I just recently bought some 10% fat ground beef and they were sold as burger patty circles. anyone know the nutrition facts on 1 of these, calories fat?

well its 10% fat 90% protein!
although it can get confusing a bit, since 10% of the macronutrients are fat, not calories! (some labels list 10% as 10g of fat per 100g, when in reality, chicken is 10% of calories from fat)
if you REALLY want lean, ground beef, i would suggest buying yourself a mincer, getting some lean rump steak, chopping off all the fat (if its already lean there shouldnt be much on it, depending on how good the butcher is ) then putting it through the mincer, you will get better beef this way, and leaner too
i belive a lean, rump steak only has 2.5g of fat per 100g, which is only about 1g more than chicken! who says you cant eat red meat when cutting!
