people look like they have bug essays for the question, but who in the hell is going to read all that crap. every article on here that is more then one page i skip to the workout.I dont need to here 30 billion reasons why........... Seriously, know one cares. its the exact reason that keeps people from gettign good SAT socres, they talk too much. if you keep it simple people will read, and listen.

Anywya i hope i win the topic of the week, because i need the money to get supplements. im a tennager, and my mom does not wan to spend 60 dollars on weight gainers, and BCAA's. so this is my only option, and from now on i will try to enter every other week, before supps run out.
