well i workout 5 days a week and on monday wed and fri i do workout with weights and tur andthur i do cardio.... well i also do my abs on mon wed and fri i was wondering if this was bad r good? i can feel my abs but i have a thin lawyer of fat/lose skin over them... so should i do abs maybe once or twice a week and just watch what i eat more? r what should i do? or am i doidng it right? lol some help plz....

work your abs as often or unoften as you want. 3x a week is fine. if you want to get rid of the fat diet+cardio=fatloss. Working your abs more often wont make them show any better if you still have fat covering them.
