i am currently taking Prolab N large, i just got my Prolab Phosphocreatine.
1. is it ok to mix the creatine with the n large and just take the whole thing together?
2. or should i take them maybe 30-45 minutes apart? if i should take them seperate what should i take first?
here is a lil info about them both if you dont know what they are:
N large:
600 calories
56g protein
lots of amino acids
phosphocreatine:
140 calories
7g protein
5g creatine
1g glutamine
1g taurine
200mg betaine

Taking your creatine with your gainer is perfect. What you shouldn't do is mix your creatine with pure protein since then they would compete for absortion.
Next time go with prolab creatine.
