    Question cardio every day?

I don't understand, the heart is a muscle, no? Wouldn't that mean by doing cardio every day you'd be overtraining that muscle? What are the effects of doing cardio every day? Can someone please explain this to me? I'm a moron.

the heart is made up of completely different muscle tissue than the muscle in say your arms and thus operates much differently

Cardio every day is not a terrible problem unless you are trying to bulk or you are an ectomorph or ecto-meso trying to bodybuild. I think it's better to not do that much though...

I can't tell you much about the muscles of the heart, but I do know if it was a problem I'd have read about it by now.
