which one is harder to do?
incline bench or flat bench?
by "harder" i mean, on which one could u do more weight?

incline hits your chest harder.. but its mostly delts.. there for harder...
you can put up more on flat bench becuase you use more chest in order to mnove the weight...
the most can be put up on decline becuase of the decreased rom..The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and hear all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. Decline bench has got a higher number of motor units activated than all other forms so you're able to 'use more muscle'. The rom isn't lowered THAT much i can bench more decline with my back flat against the bench than i can on a flat bench with arch. (i measured the rom, small difference but flat got a lesser rom)
