What drove me to start my new lifestyle? My weight has always fluctuated between 185-190 lbs. One morning, just about a month ago, I stepped on the scale and noticed that I had climbed up to exactly 200 pounds. NOT COOL! I joined the gym that day and have been going 6 times a week ever since!
What keeps me going is knowing that I am going to be a better person for it! I'm going to be more active, will have more energy, and will live a better life!
