Any inexpensive BB/personal trainers - Miami

Are there any competitive bodybuilders/personal trainers in the Miami area, who have extremely reasonable rates (cheap)?

I would like to get professional advice on training/technique, diet/nutrition, etc., for very cheap, since I'm a man on a budget.

I would also like to work with someone who has had success or a track record, with building mass/muscularity on a hardgainer, ectomorph. I am 6'7 and weigh 290lbs.

you get what you pay for dude.....not trying to flame you, but, that's the way PROFESSIONAL personal trainers see it.

I'm sure there are those that will take your money, but, I bet they will be looking more at themselves or others while you lift. AND, you'll probably be doing the same workout s/he gives her/himself and everyone else s/he "trains".

Seriously, dude. You have to be careful saying you can train someone right now. Are you going to have these people sign a waiver of liability? What if they get hurt doing something you say? Without a waiver they could come back and say that because of what you told them, they injured themselves and are now SUING YOU!

It's great you have the desire to help people, but, you have a lot to think about when it comes to offering advice to anybody/everybody as opposed to your friends. Just look at the trainer that told a client in NY to take a supplement. The person died and now the family is suing them!

Take time, get a degree and a certification and learn about the legal aspects of business before you do damage to someone and maybe yourself (by getting sued!).

Check out websites done by professional personal training associations like ACE, ACSM, AFAA, and Fit-pro.com.

...not trying to slam you, dude, just trying to help before some unfortunate incident happens......

FYI, I DO have TWO degrees in health and fitness, a certification with ACE, 10 years experience with personal training, AND I have trained other trainers.
