    While bulking you're aiming to put on muscle, so you train and eat to put on weight. Some of that weight will be fat, so you then cut to strip back some of the bodyfat, leaving as much of the muscle you gained as possible.

    No difference between the 2, on a cut u cut down calories on healthy food, on a bulk u eat more of the healthy foods you were eating on a cut. That is the best way to do it IMO

    Bulking = calorie surplus

    Cutting = calorie deficit
