    Smith Machine versus.....

    Hey gang,
So I often am not able to use a spotter in the gym. So I'm wondering if it is better for me to use a smith machine or one of the leverage type systems like this : http://fitnet.ca/images/HammerStrength.jpg

Or if you have other ideas, please let me know. I'd love to get some feedback.
    Keep on keepin' on....
