ive been having some knee pain lately while doing my jogging workouts. i dont think its that serious....but jsut wondering if you guys have any suggestions on getting rid of it.
- havent bene doing any "extreme" squats or other excersice....so i dont think its that

my knee hurt for a week last week. then i did squats and the pain went away.
