Squat rack/ Bench

Do you think the "Olympic Squat Combo Bench" will work well and be safe for squats? I would get a power rack but there to exspensive. If anyone knows a site where the power racks are cheap post it. Im a 14 year old basketball player so I dont need it for massive amounts of weight just enough to hold up and be safe.
