    How much protein in meats per pound?

    I'm looking for a chart type thing that would show how much protien is in chicken, steak etc. Anyone have a link? Anyone just know it off the top of their head? Mahalo in advance for any help.

    5-7 grams of protein per ounce of meat, 16oz in a pound so 80-112 is the average from chicken, beef, fish...etc.....
