P6 Black when to take?

I just bought a bottle of P6 black and P6 red. I work out after work and was wondering if I should wait and take my serving of the black right before I start my workout or should I take it in the morning as stated on the label. Also I have heard mixed advice, do I stack the red at the same time as the black or do I start the red when the black is complete.

Directions For P6 Extreme Black: Take 1 serving (3 capsules) 30 minutes before training begins. On off-days, take 1 serving (3 capsules) with your first meal. Experienced users may take up to 2 servings (6 capsules) per day. DO NOT EXCEED 6 CAPSULES IN A 24 HOUR PERIOD. P6® Black should not be consumed for more than 30 days without discontinuing use for a minimum of 2 to 4 weeks between cycles.

I did read them, but the first meal stuck in my head for some reason. Thanks for the response on how to take them in cycle
