ANOTHER week off?

Well, about 4 weeks ago, I spent a 5 days out of town where I had no possible way to lift, ( I was camping out and working 14 hr days. ) I hit the weights really hard the next week, but then I had a week long wrestling camp in California. I just returned home from the camp, and have been feeling sick and weak. I decided I really needed to lift, but when I got there and started lifting, all my joints hurt so bad I couldn't even get up my opening lifts (shoulder, elbow, wrist, knee, hips) I usually have joint pain after wrestling, and this week was especially heavy on competition wrestling, but I feel like I'm going to get alot of muscular atrophy if I take ANOTHER week off to ice and let my joints recuperate. Does anyone have any advice on how I can make it go faster or at least minimize my losses?

your posts makes me sad

taking a week off won't hurt you. deal with it. your muscles will not shrink, it is all in your head. Sure, if you take five months off like yours truly you will lose some mass.

Sleep good, eat clean, and consider a joint supplement such as Animal Flex
