Workout music playlists
Im interested to know what music gets you guys pumped for an intense workout. Go ahead and post your playlists in this thread. The tracks on this playlist get me pumped as hell. I am walking around shaking my head and vibing with the music. This music keeps me loose and and hyped. It cracks me up how the inconsistent lifters just stare at me. Yet, they don't understand the focus it takes to get through an intense workout. Music really helps me block out everything in the gym. Plus, what the hell is up with the elevator music in the gym anyways. I would rather listen to public radio.
Here is my current mix cd 10/7/2004:
1. Young Buck Shorty Wanna Ride w/ Me
2. Petey Pablo Freak a Leek
3. Lloyd Banks I'm so fly
4. Lil Flip Game Over
5.Young Buck Let me in
6. LL Headsprung
7. Nelly Flap your wings
8. Lil scrappy no problems
9. Jay-z Big pimpin
10. Jay-Z Excuse me miss
11. Jay Z 99 problems
12. Tupac Hit em up
I swear this playlist gets me pumped.

Wow. That's a mixed bag. It seems like most people like either rap or metal, but not both.
As for me, my playlist changes all the time, but it is generally mostly obscure death metal stuff.

Im not a big fan of rap during a workout. They dont really get me pumped while im listening to it.
Most of these remain the same, but i switch it up every once in a while. Get bored of the same songs over and over
