    how do the macros look in this plan

    not quite sure what they are,but can you tell by looking at the foods if this is suitable for my clean bulk?

    1. 2/3 cup oats,milk,1 scoop whey
    2. can of tuna,apple
    3. bowl of vector cereal with milk
    4. skinless chicken breast,broccoli,brown rice
    5. 2/3 cup oats,milk, 1 scoop whey,banana *pwo*
    6. 1/2 cup unsalted blanched peanuts
    7. 4 tablespoons natural peanut butter with milk

    this is about 3000 calories for now,my maintainence is around 2700. im doing hiit twice a week,thoughts?

    why wouldn't I? cause i'm not part of the crowd that thinks you need to eat 5-6000 calories just to gain weight? im not interested in getting fat,i can take my time gaining mass.

    I'm with you man. Right now, I am 5'7" 132 lbs. I am extremely happy with my weight/size, but I'm looking to tone up more then anything and get just a little bigger. I was once over weight (175 lbs.), so I am not about about to start eating crazy amounts of calories to gain some mass. I am trying to do the cleanest bulk possible.

    u might hit the macros.. u may want to sub more whole food instead of taking down so much milk.. that is a lot of sugars from milk in 1 day.. i would go for more lean proteins such as turkey and maybe some lean beef/meat..

    u drink plenty of milk.. and maybe reduce the PB at night to 2 tablespoon and get some almonds in earlier in the day with ur can of tuna and apple

    or sprinkle some olive oil on ur veggies.. just a few suggestions .. other then that good clean foods and ur on ur way 300 over is a good starting point

    Try adding some cottage cheese at night and takin away some of the PB. Whats your final protein, carb, fat breakdown?

    a proper caesin protein is ideal before going to bed.. great for the system and keeping u out of a catabolic state a lot more effecient

    Yeah I'd agree with bodybydaniel, but then again we have no idea what your weight and height is etc...but I was eating more than that on a cut and certainly did not gain any fat lol

    just finished my cut and im 154 pounds right now,I already stated my maintainence was 2700 so as long as im eating above that i will gain weight
