not quite sure what they are,but can you tell by looking at the foods if this is suitable for my clean bulk?
1. 2/3 cup oats,milk,1 scoop whey
2. can of tuna,apple
3. bowl of vector cereal with milk
4. skinless chicken breast,broccoli,brown rice
5. 2/3 cup oats,milk, 1 scoop whey,banana *pwo*
6. 1/2 cup unsalted blanched peanuts
7. 4 tablespoons natural peanut butter with milk
this is about 3000 calories for now,my maintainence is around 2700. im doing hiit twice a week,thoughts?

I'm with you man. Right now, I am 5'7" 132 lbs. I am extremely happy with my weight/size, but I'm looking to tone up more then anything and get just a little bigger. I was once over weight (175 lbs.), so I am not about about to start eating crazy amounts of calories to gain some mass. I am trying to do the cleanest bulk possible.

u might hit the macros.. u may want to sub more whole food instead of taking down so much milk.. that is a lot of sugars from milk in 1 day.. i would go for more lean proteins such as turkey and maybe some lean beef/meat..
u drink plenty of milk.. and maybe reduce the PB at night to 2 tablespoon and get some almonds in earlier in the day with ur can of tuna and apple
or sprinkle some olive oil on ur veggies.. just a few suggestions .. other then that good clean foods and ur on ur way 300 over is a good starting point

i thought the peanut butter would be best at night cause of the fat,takes a long time to digest
