Not to take credit from the models that actually work hard and eat right to get their bodies, but the majority of them dont even lift. Some of them are blessed with better genetics, simple as that. If you really want to get lean and add muscle, read some of the stickies on this forum, then go out and start eating right and lifting hard. You can do it just stay commited and dont give up!

You didn't really read his question did ya? lol.
They tan like every onther person would. there really is no routine to follow. Depends on your skin and complextion. Some people can tan everyday and not overdo it, others have to go a day on, day off. Juts gotta find out what works for you.
Just remember not to ever tan if you skin is even slightly red. Trying to tan while your skin is dammaged will just make it worse, and the skind might just die and peel away. There goes your tan!
