Eggs are good for you. Anyone who says the cholesterol is bad for you needs to do some research. Studies have shown that dietary cholesterol has almost no effect on blood cholesterol. Eggs are good for you.
10 whole eggs a day sounds ok, I've never tried that many though. My advice is to go get a blood cholesterol test, then after a month or so of 10 eggs a day, go back and get tested again. If it's significantly higher, try eating only 3-4 yolks.

1. Search button = Your Friend.
2. Egg yolks = your friend. because all that cholesterol is HDL which is the GOOD FATS for your body, they help clense the LDLs from your body. Not to mention the egg yolks have all of the omega-3 in the egg, aswell as it holds chemicals that apprently help the absorption of protein (I'm not 100% on that point, it's just word of mouth).
Personaly I have a 1:1, or 1:2 ratio of yolks:whites

Right, right, stagger. Dietary cholesterol is not usually significant to bloodstream cholesterol.
