    Angry Kris Gethin 12 week trainer

    Hi ,

    I am in my week-2 of Kris Gethin's 12 week transformation and am doing great. Until my boss just gave me an order to get some work done onsite which is a rural area. I may miss 2 to 3 days of my training schedule. Do I have any alternative? Can I compensate on my return? Please help me.
