hey...me and my boyfriend have been arguing over what is more effective:
Doing the same cardio(eliptical trainer), day in day out...say for 1hr at a time, but using different resistances
Doing different cardio routines and mixing it up a little, but for the same duration
I've hit a plateau and he said it doesn't matter about the cardio, my body will keep burning the same amount of fat, but i think that doing different cardio for the same amount of time, just mixing it up, might shock my body a little and get it going again? Any opinions?
Thread: mix it up or stay the same?
