Best creatine for price and value
After doing some research BSN No-Xplode seems the best creatine but is very expensive in Australia, $90 for 820g and only contains 40 servings. There is NO way I can afford to fork out that much money every 40 days. As long as it has a decent amount of servings, I don't mind paying the $90 but No-Xplode only had 40 servings. So which creatine would be the best for value?

No explode is a ****ty value for creatine. Less than 1g a serving, and theres 40 servings.
So 40g of creatine? Thats a rip.
Greenmag, is what 80 servings @ 5 grams a servings.
So 400grams or 40 grams. You decide.
Or you could even go cheaper and get some good ol fashioned creatine mono.

Hmmmm, there isn't too much creatine in NO-Xplode, not even enough for me to seriously consider it a creatine product. I think maybe 1g?
This question can easily be answered by suggesting Green Mag by Controlled Labs. $39.99 here on bb.com and you have 80 servings. This is why I like suggesting Green Mag so much because it is an awesome price for MANY servings. I don't know you might not be able to order off the site bro but if you can I would go with that.
Universal Storm is also a great price for 80 servings. Around $27.00 on bb.com I believe.

stick with mono if your seeing results ... mono is the basic and most used i assume by these boards and ppl i talk to.. some stuff is just creatine with filler ( see cell-tech ) lol .. but some are great products as well

Switching from mono to No-Xplod would be a foolish thing to do.

Man I checked out that link. Those prices are hit like Shyt. If I were living there I would be checking out Wal-mart stocking up on Bodyfortress Proteins and creatines.

Any thoughts on this recipe to make budget cell-tech? Is there any real advantage to the carbohydrates in the stuff?
Make Your Own Cell Tech
By Pogue
Celltech is a mixture of 10g of creatine, 75g of carbs, 200mg of ALA and 250mg of Vitamin C.
It is not a bad blend, but it is not worth the money they charge you for it, and their advertising is highly deceptive and their products suspect.
Here is a receipe for home made CellTech thats cheap and easy to make.
You need the following:
1. Pure creatine monohydrate powder (unflavored) - I prefer micronized creatine which is available from various manufacturers. Look for the "Creapure" logo.
2. Pure dextrose or Gatorade powder (if you use pure dextrose you may want to add a teaspoon or half a teaspoon of Koolaid or lemonade mix to it to help the flavor)
3. ALA capsules or powder (powder is available from Beyond a Century but has a burning sensation when you swallow it, but is much cheaper)
4. Optional: Vitamin C tablets or pure powder (BAC carries this as well)
Directions:
Mix either 2-3 scoops of Gatorade powder, or enough servings of Dextrose for at least 30g of carbs (you really don't need 75g unless you feel like you need to) with 10g of creatine powder. Add 1 level scoop of ALA powder, or enough for ~200mg. Add water (and optional flavoring). Also, add your Vitamin C powder or take your tablet before hand. Stir until the ALA and creatine dissolve fully and drink.

Prices
yeah everything is more expensive over here but remember it is due to postage and handling thats the one that hurts. Thats why everything is so expensive for oversea products.

Six Star Professional Strength creatine!
It is great! It is made by Six Star, which is made by the same company as muscletech but way cheaper! Its funny, cuz Six Star Nitric Overdrive and Muscletech NanoX9 have the same exact ingredients but one is like a third of the price.
I think it is such a good value also. It is 19.99 on bb.com and only 16.99 at Wal-Mart. They have great quality products!

Awesome site here, fast delivery and great product. Real cheap too, you can get 500g of Mono for about 28$. Whey protein is hell cheap too.

I personally prefer and recommend vasoxplode, some others are green mag and xceed.
Or just go with bulk monohydrate like Primaforce Creafoam, Prolab, Higher Power.
