try doin light/high rep squats (pushing through heels, to hit glutes harder) and also light and high rep split squats and for an exer. with no weight, try gettin down on all fours (shut up u ***gots out there) and kick back one of your legs to hit the glute, then after a high rep set, kick back the other leg...its really easy ...so try the others to lose some of that chunkstyle
As much as I hate to suggest this but wach what the chicks do at the gym, that's what I did and ... .well lemme tell you that it works. The biggest thing to doing it though, high weight, low reps and make sure you go really slow when you bring the weight back up.
