I just started my new stack 3 days ago and something is really tearing my stomach up. I was deadlifting today and almost had a little accident. Anyways this is my stack...

I have read here in the past that people have had similar problems with SP 250. My question to those people is, does this side effect go away after your body gets used to it? Man I really hope so, I ordered 3 containers of it. Thanks guys.

You're not eating enough solid food with glycergrow. Read the back of the product before using it and you would know that not enough solid food and too much liquid causes GI issues. This might be in sizeon as well so even more solid food should be used near dosing it.

I disagree, my body NEVER got used to SP250, I liked the supplement but just couldn;t take the ****ting... and I usually have a good stomach. The only thing that helps is taking it with something. I found a banana works well. Also I would know that EXACTALY 1 hour and 20 mins after tkaing it I would ahve to sh*t so I was prepared for it.

Its definetly not the glycergrow because I have been on that for about a month now. I get plenty of solid food, just not before my workout bc I work out at 5:30 and I just get something quick in me beforehand. (usually 1.5 scoop shake in milk and half cup oats) I really think it is the SP 250, I took 1 scoop the 1st two days and moved to 2 scoops today. Will Try one scoop for the next couple days and see how that treats me. Thanks for the replies guys.

The "runs" effect is definitely coming from the Super Pump 250. I don't believe the effect ever subsides. This is a product that either agrees with your stomach or not, like all products that are highly dosed with AAKG.

Oh i'd definetely call it on the SP250. Possibly a combination but I've done 2 months of SP250 and I still get the craps if I do over 1 scoop.

Look Guys I was not 16 earlier today!!! They were talking about that other kid that was giving me advice. Man you guys can be harsh. Thanks for the help though everyone and I am gonna try the SP 250 for a couple more days and if I cant get it to agree with my stomach I will give it to my younger brother(No he's not 21)LOL
