First off - I hope this is in the right seciton..
Greetings fellow lifters....
I am planning a ph cycle and would appreciate advice form those in the know
History - Previous ph cycles
SD (love SD and it seems to love me!)
PP (bad sides from this, does not agree with my body)
M1T (3 wk cycle with astonishing results. Lethargy kicked in in wk3)
Had a scary experience with last cycle of SD and PP. Despite all the reading and research I went against better judgement and stayed on cycle too long and did not have SERM to hand when it got rough, lost gains and had all sorts of e-rebound issues.
I have stayed natural for the last 6 months I have learned from my mistakes, as usual I learn the hard way

So this time I have planned the cycle backwards - PCT and support will be ordered first as priority. I need PCT to hand in case anything crops up this time.
Goal - priority is to increase muscle mass and loose bodyfat. I'm looking for about 8lbs gain and any reduciton in bf will be a bonus.
The Goods - here's my plan
ON cycle supps
First off - check this out.
http://www.discount-supplements.co.u...---60-caps.asp
I have not seen any review on this anywhere so either it's new or it's a bad product. I welcome any ph alternative suggestions you may have.
Proten - I've seen a 2 for 1 deal on muscle milk, wanted to try it for ages. I'll have it at bed time and stick to whole foods throughout the day, eating every 2.5 hrs as usual.
AI Cycle support - this seems to cover all the support supps I'll need, correct?
I plan to run a 4 week ON cycle.
PCT
SERM (40,30,20,10) or should I do (40,40,20,10?)
AI Cycle support
Retain ii (with leaning agent)
Tribuloid (Goliath Labs) get test back up fast. (Has AI included too, kinda a bonus but not essential IMO)
CEE
White Flood
Good clean food, mmmmm
PCT will last 4 weeks, longer if required.
I will not ramble on too long - above is the bones of my plan.
Please give any suggestions / comments I really want to get this right. I am thinking of running a simple log on this one with pics.
Cheers Bro's!
