Dear fellow muscle cultivators
We all know that is is food which causes our hard trained muscles to grow . Even with steroids, without food there will be no protein synthesis
Now, I ask you .
Of course , there is chicken , turkey , beef , nuts, oats etc..... blah blah blah
But , if you had to name just one food that has caused massive muscle growth for yourself personaly then what would it be ?
