I just received a tub of VasoXplode today. I've read all different things about when and how much to take. The directions say 1-2 scoops 30-35 mins PreWO and 1-2 scoops on non-training days.
However:
1. from the posts and friends it seems like 2 scoops works best as a recommended dose. any opinions on this? I am weighing in around the 170s so i thought 2 scoops to be sufficient.
2. Most people say not to take a PreWO supplement after eating. Mark says you dont have to wait to take it after eating. opinions on this? I like to have a PreWo shake 30 mins prior to training could i have take it 15 mins before that shake?
3. Can you just take a bulk creatine monohydrate on off days or is it best as far as the effectiveness of the supplement goes to take it everyday consistently? Any experience with just on training days versus everyday, specifically VANewguy if you have any input on this because I read you took it only on training days before.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
