    Supplementing with VasoXplode: Mark, VAnewguy

    I just received a tub of VasoXplode today. I've read all different things about when and how much to take. The directions say 1-2 scoops 30-35 mins PreWO and 1-2 scoops on non-training days.

    However:
    1. from the posts and friends it seems like 2 scoops works best as a recommended dose. any opinions on this? I am weighing in around the 170s so i thought 2 scoops to be sufficient.

    2. Most people say not to take a PreWO supplement after eating. Mark says you dont have to wait to take it after eating. opinions on this? I like to have a PreWo shake 30 mins prior to training could i have take it 15 mins before that shake?

    3. Can you just take a bulk creatine monohydrate on off days or is it best as far as the effectiveness of the supplement goes to take it everyday consistently? Any experience with just on training days versus everyday, specifically VANewguy if you have any input on this because I read you took it only on training days before.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Well, it'd be great if you had bulk BA and crea mono on hand because taking Vaso enough to get sufficient amounts of both is really a bad idea from a nervous system fatigue standpoint.

    I'd suggest taking it preWO 4 times a week-ish and using the bulk stuff otherwise. After awhile (not sure of the BA studies) Vaso alone 4-5 times a week should be sufficient, but I think stims are teh gey if used unreasonably.
    On top of my game, and it don't stop til my hip don't hop anymore.

    Start with one to assess tolerance and if alright, pop it up to two.

    Take it with the meal or right after or whenever. It will not negatively effect it at all.

    If you workout four or more days per week, no need for more creatine. vasoXplode will saturate you just fine.

    Off days? Vasoxplode?

    My question wasn't really concerning creatine on off days but: in order for all of the ingredients in VasoXplode to work to their full effectiveness does VasoXplode have to be taken on off days as well as training days? or since i do work out 4-5 times a week is it just as effective to only take on training days?

    As far as business I got 2 xtends and 2 substances as well, thanks to the backbone stack. It is a real money saver. So I should say thank you.

    I also got some Anabolic Pump to add to the mix, which will supposedly increase the effectiveness of everything I take, so my skin is going to literally explode. This should be a fun summer!!!
